SERVICE QUALITY :
Reception: an online sales system with secure payment means you can arrive in the resort with your lesson cards from our ski school. We also work with the Chamonix Tourist Office to offer you a packaging system that includes all the activities you need to make your stay a success. We also welcome you to our ski school every day during the season. The école de ski Argentière offers a full catalogue of products to meet all your needs.
Group lessons: we run group lessons with ten pupils per group for children and eight pupils per group for adults, with a tolerance of +/- 2 pupils due to changes in level and last-minute enrolments. This quota guarantees quality teaching at the école de ski Argentière. We also offer our customers all-day packages including meals for children. This service is provided in a quality restaurant and can be booked for a day or a longer stay. This service allows école de ski Argentière customers to manage their stay according to the activities they want to do.
Private lessons : these are offered on an hourly basis to satisfy all requests. If necessary, our instructors can provide transport. Subject to availability, these lessons are given in the language chosen by the customer. The computerised timetable enables us to manage supply and demand at the école de ski Argentière.
Safety precautions for skiers : All école de ski Argentière lessons are given at sites adapted to the level of our customers. Whatever your age, ability or level, the terrain will be adapted to suit you. Certain weather conditions mean that we sometimes have to reduce the number of clients in each group, in order to provide you with a quality service.

RULES TO BE RESPECTED BY SKIERS AND OUR CUSTOMERS :
To ensure that the esf runs smoothly, we ask our students to comply with the following rules:
- Classes have precise timetables which are fixed in advance. For the good of everyone, it is important to respect these timetables.
- Have your card or ticket with you before attending a group or private lesson.
- Ski lessons do not include lift passes, with the exception of our kindergarten lessons.
- All private lessons or bookings not cancelled the day before remain the responsibility of the instructor.
- Only lesson tickets bearing the season date and the day's date will be valid and accepted by the instructor.
- esf declines all responsibility for accidents to property or personal injury that may occur to students.
- The instructors cannot be held responsible for weather conditions, breakdowns, delays in ski lifts or other reasons.
- Pupils are not insured by esf, we advise you to take out the CARTE NEIGE or CARRE NEIGE.
- Supervision by an instructor does not exempt pupils from respecting the safety rules associated with this activity.
